Dining facilities at evening seemed limited - more like a coffee shop and not very appealing for formal dining.

Handy base for exploring Manila. Nice hotel with a good restaurant in Manila. The room was elegant and clean with Queen beds, the interior in general and coffee or cocktails, excellent service. Great and cozy location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Planetarium. Just 20 min walk to downtown.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the pier, the lovely Rizal Park, and other touristic areas. The room was a nice size and huge, enjoyed it.

The hotel's location in Manila is absolutely perfect and lovely, close to convenient stores, malls, and restaurants. the Ermita district is worth staying in. - the comforts of the double room on higher floors were fabulous.

Concierge, reception , cleaners, security and porters were all very nice, polite and willing to be of service.
Restaurant / cafe staff were not trained to western standards. There is no restaurant as such its just a cafe and not a particularly good one. Hot food is of a poor quality. Non residents allowed sleep in lobby at night.

The room was wonderful and elegant. the bed was comfortable and they even provided cocktails. the daily service was good. the hotel has a central setting near the embassy. It's a short walk to various tourist spots, the mall, and other convenient stores and restaurants.
